DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH
Programme: COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS (CHEW)
Duration: 3 Years
Requirements: Five (5) Credits Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two(2) sittings

Programme: JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS (JCHEW)
Duration: 2 Years
Requirements: Three (3) Credits Passes in English Language, Mathematics and any other subject at not more than two(2) sittings

DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
Programme: HND IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGY
Duration: 2 Years
Requirements: Holders of ND in Environmental Health Technology with 5 Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health/Agricultural Science, Chemistry and anyone from Geography, Economics, Food & Nutrition, Physics, Technical Drawing at not more than two(2) sittings.

Programme: ND IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGY
Duration: 2 Years
Requirements: Five (5) Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health/Agricultural Science, Chemistry and anyone from Geography, Economics, Food & Nutrition, Physics, Technical Drawing at not more than two(2) sittings

Programme: ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN
Duration: 3 Years
Requirements: Three (3) Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics and any other subject at not more than two(2) sittings

Programme: ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANT
Duration: 2 Years
Requirements: Two (2) Credit Passes in English Language and either Biology or Chemistry and two other passes in any other subject at not more than two(2) sittings

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING
Programme: HEALTH ASSISTANT (MEDICAL)
Duration: 2 Years
Requirements: Three (3) Credits Passes in English Language, Mathematics and any other subject at not more than two(2) sittings

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH EDUCATION
Programme: HEALTH EDUCATION AND PROMOTION
Duration: 2 Years
Requirements: Four(4) Credits Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and anyone (1) subject at not more than two(2) sittings

Programme: FOOD HYGIENE
Duration: 2 Years
Requirements: Four(4) Credits Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and anyone (1) subject at not more than two(2) sittings

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY
Programme: HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
Duration: 3 Years
Requirements: 5 Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics and any three from chemistry, Health Science, Physics, Biology in not more than two(2) sittings

Programme: COMPUTER STUDIES
Duration: 2 Years
Requirements: Three (3) Credits Passes in English Language, Mathematics and any three (3) subjects from Chemistry, Health Science, Physics, Biology in not more than two(2) sittings

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY
Programme: SCIENCE LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY
Duration: 3 Years
Requirements: Five (5) Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health/Agricultural Science, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two(2) sittings

Applicants to purchase their admission form by visiting the college at KM2, Oru/Ijebu-Igbo Road, Oru-Ijebu, Ogun State      OR
