1.) I.T Graduate Trainee

Location: Lagos

Requirements
Candidate must have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or I.T. related field (Systems Engineering, Computer engineering, Computer Science, etc.) from a reputable educational institution.
  • 0 – 1 year of experience in desktop and user management for service support.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Strong technical and practical IT skills.
  • Familiar with hardware support, application installation, and vendor management.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage, like Microsoft-related courses.
  • Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.

3.) Credit Analyst

Location: Lagos

Requirements
Candidate must have:

  • Be a Degree holder in Economics, Business, or Finance related fields, a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
  • 3-4 years experience in Credit Analysis, Financial statement analysis (experience in asset management would be an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of the CBN’s monetary policies as well as other macroeconomic policies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Successful candidates will analyze, appraise, and prepare credit requests from potential borrowers in line with the FCMB-TLG Nigeria Credit Fund’s risk appetite as well as Risk Policy & Lending Criteria.
  • He/she will identify key risks in every credit request and proffer mitigants; propose suitable structures for credit facilities, suggest appropriate conditions
  • He/she is expected to contribute and work with the Fund Management Team to ensure effective management and monitoring of all approved facilities, including the preparation of relevant portfolio and risk asset-related reports; tracking of portfolio performance, ensuring minimal NPLs, etc.
  • Decision quality & Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently & within a team, assertive and persistent to solve problems and get results.
  • Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.

4.) Fund Accountant

Location: Lagos

Requirements 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be advantageous.
  • Professional accreditation from ICAN/ACCA is an added advantage.
  • 3 – 4 years experience in fund accounting (preferably in an asset management firm).
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • He/she will record all financial and accounting transactions of the Credit Fund, including the processing of unit holders’ distribution and performing relevant reconciliation activities.
  • Liaise with professional parties to prepare fund valuation and net asset value (NAV) computations, share fund unit pricing with exchanges on an agreed-upon cycle, and ensure tax and related activities are completed within specified timeframes.
  • Good knowledge of financial reconciliation.
  • He or she is expected to prepare management accounts, render regulatory filings, process statutory and tax audits, monitor and control budgets, and perform other fund accounting functions.
  • Ability to prepare financial statements.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, assertive and persistent to solve problems and get results.
  • Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
