Foundation Polytechnic Supplementary Admission Form 2022/2023 is Out. This is to inform all candidates who aplied for admission into Foundation Polytechnic but could not make it to the merit list that the management has begun the sale of supplementary forms for admission into 2022/2023 session. Details of the admission requirements and how to apply have been provided below in this post. Check now.

Applications are invited for supplementary admission for 2022/2023 UTME JAMB Candidates into Foundation Polytechnic, Ikot Ekpene.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

The Prospective candidates should:
(i) possess a minimum of five O’level credits including English Language, Mathematics, and any other three subjects relevant to the course of study.
(ii) score a minimum of 120 marks in UTME JAMB. Candidates who did not choose Foundation Polytechnic as first choice in JAMB are required to do change of institution and make Foundation Polytechnic first choice.

METHODS OF APPLICATION:

Eligible candidates should use any of the methods below:
(i) Paper Application: interested candidates should come to the Admission Office in the campus and fill paper application form.
(ii) Mobile Application: interested candidates should send their names, JAMB registration number, and course to 0706-809-2448.
(iii) Online Application: interested candidates should login to the website www.foundationpoly.edu.ng and fill Online Admission form

SCREENING:
There will be screening for all candidates on every working day. The documents needed for screening are four passport photographs,  O’level result, JAMB result, Birth Certificate and Certificate of Origin.  There will be no form of examination during the screening exercise.
