We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Pediatrics and PMTCT Officer

Location: Abuja

Experience, Skills & Minimum Required Qualifications

An Advanced Degree (MBBS / MPH or International equivalent) is required.
Minimum of three (3) years post NYSC experience; experience in the management of HIV care and treatment projects in resource-limitedsettings preferred.
Experience in supporting ART facilities within the context and urgencies of the Nigerian HIV Surgerequired.
Cultural adaptability and language skills relevant to work locations are strongly preferred.
Prior experience in training, mentoring, and supervision of multicultural facility and community-based clinical and program teams (including the institutionalization of relevant review meetings at the service delivery level).
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
Computer literacy with competencies in MS Office Suite required.
Fluent English oral and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally in English and oversee the production of comprehensive program reports.

Travel Requirements:

Travel within the project Statesin Nigeria conducting site visits for capacity building and program monitoring activitieswith occasional travel outside of assigned state.

2.) Quality Improvement and Innovation Advisor

Location: Abuja

Education

An Advanced Degree (MBBS, RN, MPH) in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health or a related field
Membership in relevant accreditation agencies for Quality Improvement is desirable.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrated expertise in the implementation of relevant HIV and QI program activities
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience training and mentoring teams on QI initiatives including building a cadre of improvement coaches in facilities and agencies of the Government of Nigeria.
Demonstrated success in leading formal quality improvement projects using the Model for Improvement or similar methods is strongly preferred
Familiarity with PEPFAR and Government of Nigeria standards for QI in HIV programs.
Demonstrated proficiency in public health data analysis and communicating that data through presentations.
Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with Word and PowerPoint and the ability to rapidly process and analyze data using MS Excel are required.
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
Fluent English oral and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally in English and oversee the development of comprehensive program reports

3.) Pediatric and PMTCT Advisor

Location: Abuja

Experience, Skills & Minimum Required Qualifications

MD or MBBS with Masters in Public Health (MPH) or similar post-graduate degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in public health program planning; with a preference for persons with experience in Pediatrics and PMTCT systems.
Pediatrician with demonstrated experience in the care and treatment of pediatric HIV is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated technical expertise in HIV care and treatment, and excellent grasp of clinical issues including the PEPFAR Accelerating Progress in Pediatrics and PMTCT (AP3) strategies and current literature in HIV treatment as well as track record working on US Government-supported PEPFAR programs.
Experience in managing regional stakeholders in SMOHs, allied ministries, departments and agencies as well as non-governmental sectors for technical success and visibility of PEPFAR programs.
Experience in leading clinical program support teams within the context and urgencies of the Nigerian HIV Surge is strongly preferred.
Prior experience in training, mentoring, and supervision of multicultural facility and community-based clinical and program teams (including the institutionalization of relevant review meetings at the service delivery level).
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
Experience working in resource-limited settings
Strong computer skills with competencies in MS Office Suite required.
