LASPOTECH Student Portal 2023 – The Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) has announced that its students portal is active and open to all students and intending students. The highly sort after student portal is finally ready and accessible online to all students of LASPOTECH and intending students too. So if you’re yet to access the student portal, then this article is for you.

Prior to the introduction of the LASPOTECH student’s portal, students had to visit various offices to perform minor students operations like payment of fees, checking of result, or registering course forms. Even aspiring students had to travel down to the Institution to register for the post UTME exam. However, that is no longer the case with the introduction of the LASPOTECH student’s portal.

About Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH)

Lagos State Polytechnic is a Federal institution of higher learning fondly known as LASPOTECH. The Polytechnic is located at Ikorodu which is at the heart of Lagos State. The Institution was established in 1977 as Lagos State College of Science and Technology, before later changing to Lagos state polytechnic.

The institution started with only 5 departments including: LASPOTECH Student Portal

  1. Basic Studies.
  2. Accountancy and Finance.
  3. Management and Business Studies.
  4. Secretarial studies and Insurance.

One year after its establishment, the Institution merged with the School of Agriculture in Ikorodu which resulted in the name being changed from Lagos College of Science and Technology to Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH).

About LASPOTECH Student Portal

The LASPOTECH student’s portal is an Edu-portal designed for all LASPOTECH Students and intending students. The portal is also used by the school management to process admissions and registration of full and part time students.

The Lagos State Polytechnic has enabled the student’s portal to help ease students registration and other vital activities for both students and aspiring students.

With the LASPOTECH student’s portal, you can pay various fees, view academic calendar, check result, view admission list, pay acceptance fees, request transcript, extra credit hours, deferment of admission, and many more.

Benefits of LASPOTECH Student’s Portal

The following are benefits of the LASPOTECH student’s portal:

  1. Can be used for all student’s online applications.
  2. Can be used to make school fees payment.
  3. Can be used to register courses
  4. Can be used to check admission list
  5. Can be used to check admission status, post UTME, test, and CGPA.
  6. Can be used to make acceptance fees payment and transcript processing payment, etc.

How to Apply for LASPOTECH Admission

To apply for LASPOTECH Admission 2023, follow the procedures below:

  1. Go to the LASPOTECH official website here >>.https://www.mylaspotech.edu.ng/
  2. Click on “Applicants login”
  3. Select the program you wish to apply for. For example, Part-Time ND or HND
  4. Enter the required details into the space provided
  5. Click on “continue”
  6. A payment reference number will be generated for the transaction
  7. Print the reference number displayed on the screen
  8. You are required to make use of the reference number to make a payment of N7,500 only.
  9. Click on pay, if you’re paying from the portal
  10. After making the payments click on continue
  11. Fill out the profile form displayed on the screen and select your preferred username and password
  12. Click on “Continue”
  13. A confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox
  14. Now login again using your username and password and print the application form.

NOTE: The LASPOTECH student’s portal is accessible to all students and aspiring students of Lagos State Polytechnic.
