About NPower

N-Power is an empowerment scheme set up by the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari since 8 June 2016, to address the issues of youth unemployment and help increase social development.

As of now, over 300,000 people have benefited from the programme. The previous Npower applications is now concluded and successful applicants have been deployed to their respective duty post and are currently receiving their salary.

Therefore, if you did not register for the last Npower, this is the time to do so. It is a very great opportunity for last years’ unsuccessful applicants to apply again.

NPower Recruitment Job Titles

N-Power for Graduates

N-Power Volunteer Corps

The N-Power Volunteer Corps is the post-tertiary engagement initiative for Nigerians between 18 and 35. It is a paid volunteering programme of a 2-year duration. The graduates will undertake their primary tasks in identified public services within their proximate communities.

All N-Power Volunteers are entitled to computing devices that will contain information necessary for their specific engagement, as well as information for their continuous training and development.

In 2016, the Federal Government engaged 200,000 N-Power Volunteers. In 2017, the Federal Government is enlisting 300,000 more. The June 2017 Application is only open to the Graduate Category- the N-Power Volunteer Corps.

N-Power volunteers will provide teaching, instructional, and advisory solutions in 4 key areas.
N-Power Volunteer Programmes

N-Power Agro

The Federal Government is engaging 100,000 qualified young Nigerians through the N Power Agro programme.

N-Power Health

Through the N-Power Health programme, young graduates will form part of the 500,000 N-Power Volunteer Corps

N-Power Teach

The N-Power Teach programme will engage qualified graduates for the benefit of basic education delivery in Nigeria.

N-Power Vaids

Seeks to encourage non-compliant and partially compliant taxpayers to voluntarily declare their correct income

 

N-Power For Non-Graduates

N-Power Knowledge

The N-Power Knowledge programme is the Federal Government’s first step towards diversifying to a knowledge economy.

N-Power Build

N-Power Build is an accelerated training and certification programme that will engage and train 75,000 young unemployed Nigerians

Is Npower registration still on?

The first step for the register is to simply log in to the Npower portal by clicking www.npvn.npower.gov.ng then login and fill the NPower application form.

Please Note: NPower Registration has not commenced. The portal is open and the application will begin soon.

Npower Registration Portal 2023

The official Npower website is npower.fmhds.gov.ng. Npower portal is now open and interested applicants can now register and login.

All you need is an active email address and your BVN alongside relevant qualifications as stated by Npower. The portal closure date is not announced yet.

Npower Registration Requirement 2023

  1. Graduates or unemployed graduates must be between the ages of 18 to 35 years old.
  2. Basic illustration skills in animation or graphic arts will be an advantage.
  3. Creative writing skills, scriptwriting skills, and analytical writing skills will also be an advantage to the applicant that possesses these skills or any of the skills.
  4. Problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to undertake self tutorship.
  6. Detail-oriented individual.

6 Things you will need to register for NPower Successfully.

  1. Degree certificate.
  2. NYSC discharge certificate.
  3. NYSC Number.
  4. Curriculum VitaeL(CV)
  5. Passport photographs.
  6. Active email address.

NOTICE: Npower Date for registration site to be opened will be announced immediately Npower is ready for recruitment on: https://npvn.npower.gov.ng and https://npower.gov.ng

Npower Registration Starting Date

Is Npower registration still on? If no, when is the registration starting? For those interested in registering for Npower recruitment. Currently, the starting date has been communicated. Once the registration portal is open for Npower application, we will update this page.

We advise all applicants to visit the application portal to register. The process is very easy and is currently ongoing. All you need to do is to ensure you read the requirements carefully, select the Npower category you wish to apply and start registration. Npower Closing date has been announced.

Npower Biometric Verification: Next Stage of Screening ( Latest Information)

In addition to the requirements for npower registration, you need to do biometric verification on the NASIMS portal. You are to log in to www.nasims.gov.ng using your email or NASIM ID and your password to capture your fingerprint.

To do that, log in to your dashboard and click Verification to capture your fingerprint following the instructions provided on the Nasims portal.

For first time user, recover your password using the following procedures:

  1. Click on login.
  2. Use the “Forgot Password” Option
  3. Enter your N-POWER application email
  4. Click on “Send Link” npower registration portal
  5. Check your mail and follow the instructions to reset your password.

After a successful reset of the password, please log in to update your records.

N-Power Batch C Profile Update

NPower registration portal for 2023 batch is not open. All N-Power batch-c applicants are expected to update their profile and take test for possible shortlisting to the next stage of the N-Power application process

Please note that all successful candidates will be sent a mail and given directions on the next stage.

Candidates not selected can re-apply for the next batch of the programme as soon as it opens for application.
