The federal government, through the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS), has officially confirmed the release of backlog payments for eligible N-Power beneficiaries. This announcement specifically applies to Batch C Stream 1 and 2 beneficiaries. The confirmation ensures that beneficiaries will receive their stipends for the months of January, and February 2023.
Progress in Backlog Payment Process
NASIMS has reported that the payment process for the backlog is currently underway and being executed in a systematic manner. Authorities are requesting beneficiaries to remain patient as the disbursements are being done gradually. The objective is to ensure that all eligible beneficiaries receive their stipends.
Account Update Reminder for NPower Beneficiaries
Nneka Ikem Anibeze, the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, has issued a reminder to Batch C Stream 2 beneficiaries to update their account information. Anibeze emphasizes that more than 55,000 beneficiaries have already received their stipends for October, November, and December. It is crucial for all eligible beneficiaries to promptly update their account details to facilitate the successful receipt of their stipends.
Important Message from NASIMS to N-Power Batch C Beneficiaries
NASIMS recently communicated an important message to N-Power Batch C beneficiaries regarding the payment process. The message clarifies that only selected applicants are eligible to receive payments for the N-Power program. Those who have not been selected are not eligible for payment at this time.

Overview of the N-Power Scheme
The N-Power scheme is a part of the Social Investment Programs initiated by President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
