Qualifications

• A good First Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Sociology or any related field.

Qualifications
Education:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field

Experience Required:

• A mobile application developer with minimum of 2+ years’ experience developing mobile application using Flutter and Dart technology.
• Practical experience developing and deploying Flutter application.
• Excellent knowledge and proficient in Dart/Flutter.
• Experience with Flutter state management libraries (e.g., Provider, Bloc pattern)
• Experience of source control system using GIT.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs to connect mobile front-end applications to back-end services as well as other third-party services.
• Nice to have knowledge in native development Android and/or IOS using Swift or Java/Kotlin.

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• 2 – 3 years relevant experience in the Financial Services or FINTECH space.
• Experience in review of LIVE and RECON statement, review of loan balances, re-computation of customer outstanding indebtedness and general accounts reconciliation, etc.
• Proficiency in portfolio interpretation and analysis as well as predictive reasoning on the Bank’s loan portfolio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advance skills and working knowledge with Excel, SQL and Power BI.
• Good analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A general knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Knowledge of T24 Core Banking Application is an added advantage.

• Professional qualification in Credit Risk Management is mandatory.

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• Experience and exposure in digitizing and automating credit risk underwriting and processing flow in the financial services industry.
• 7-10 years cognate experience in core credit risk management, credit underwriting and processing in the financial services or FINTECH space, with at least 3 years experience at the management level.
• Excellent experience in leading a diverse team of credit risk analysts for Personal Banking and SME lending.
• Certified in Agile methodologies.
• Advanced-Data Analytics and Reporting skills (SQL, Power BI, Decision science).
• Excellent Engagement and Communication Skills.
• Consummate team player with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues, horizontally and vertically.
• Very open-minded and comfortable with driving change.
