1.) Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Manager

Location: Oyo

Skills & Experience
Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Public Health, Statistics, Economics, Demography, Anthropology, Development Planning, Social Work, Epidemiology or related subjects of similar scope.
3-5 years of progressive experience of monitoring and evaluation (Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the development sector) in public health/nutrition or any large social sector programs.
In-depth knowledge of M & E techniques and methodologies including knowledge of conducting operations research, household surveys and qualitative assessments; data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
Proficient with analytical tools and softwares such as Stata, SPSS, MS Excel, etc.
Significant experience in leading teams and building M&E team capacity (developing training tools, training, coaching and mentoring)
Experience working in large and complex projects, split into multiple sites
Significant understanding of development of MIS and data and information management
Familiarity with knowledge management systems and approaches that foster a learning culture.
Familiarity with participative and inclusive accountability approaches
Highly developed influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate technical issues effectively and persuasively.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

2.) Roving Accountability Officer – PLANE

Location: Kano

Skills & Experience
Administrative & General Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Development Studies or others)
Minimum of 3 years post NYSC progressive experience working in a related position.
Formal training in Accountability, Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Management, Data Quality Assurance (DQA) is an asset
Fluency in English & local languages (Must be able to speak Hausa)
Ability to work in partnership with government and development partners
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a team setting
Independence, adaptability and flexibility
Excellent communication skills including report writing.

3.) Business Development Manager

Location: Abuja

Skills and Experience

Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field required.
Minimum 5 years overall experience, with 3 years in writing and/or developing proposals in response to solicitations from donors
Experience in negotiating business and management arrangements for bids with partner organisations.
Experience writing reports or proposals for donors, including institutional donors (i.e. government agencies such as FCDO, USAID, GIZ/KfW, multilateral donors such as Global Fund, World Bank, EU etc.)
Excellent writing skills and a talent for writing concisely and conceptualizing ideas for graphics that convey key information
Experience leading or taking part in proposal development for GIZ/KfW, EU, ECHO, USAID, FCDO, other bilateral, foundations and/or corporations.
Experience at an INGO and knowledge of some technical areas such as humanitarian assistance, health, nutrition, protection, education, livelihoods or water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH)
Experience in budget building and ensuring compliance with an organisation’s internal finance policies and client requirements.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with large teams and to communicate clearly
Exceptional conceptual, analytical, writing, and editing skills, including knack for synthesizing large amounts of information into persuasive, clear language and graphics.
Ability to consistently meet multiple deadlines.

4.) Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Assistant

Location: Borno

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:

Minimum of B.Sc in Psychology, Psychiatriic Nurse, and Medical Social Work.
Minimum of 4 years post NYSC cognant experience in clinical setting, NGO and INGO
Experience in Psychological First Aid, and other psychosocial support (MHPSS) activities
Experience working in Child Protection programs, including those with MHPSS component
Fluent in English and Hausa is desirable
Working knowledge of Kanuri and Shuwa is an advantage
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and discretion with confidential information
Ability to work independently and proactively.

Desirable:

Experience in humanitarian emergencies and/or a refugee/displacement-setting.

5.) Safety and Security Officer

Location: Cross River

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
A clear understanding of the philosophy and mode of operation of NGOs
Experience in liaising with civilian, police and military government authorities, as well as with field level , national and international institutions
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in complex and insecure settings
Well organised with ‘people skills’
Ability and willingness to travel within Cross-River, Benue and Taraba states in Nigeria is essential.
Demonstrable network of contacts within Nigeria
Computer literate – Able to use Microsoft office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and spoken English leading to the ability to produce a high standard of both written and oral work
Ability to analyse information
The ability to work harmoniously in a multi-national / multi-cultural environment.
The ability to work independently, multi-task and anticipate problems
Ability to speak the local languages is an advantage.
