Main Task
- Familiarize and keep up to date with established TLMN vision, policies, plans, and procedures.
- Familiarize, keep abreast with, and ensure TLMN’s compliance with laws, regulations, and other external requirements in the organization as it relates to financial management.
- Compile/update information on the number, location, and condition of TLMN’s assets.
- Examination of financial and other operating information on the activities of the organization e.g Utilization of assets and facilities.
- Providing management with auditing information, especially management accounting reports, and interim financial statements.
- Liaise with the Finance manager and National Director to examine External auditor’s reports or any external financial report and respond on behalf of management.
- To keep and periodically update a record of prevailing prices of Capital and other items and other commodities used by TLMN.
- Communicate with TLM Board through the National Director; on financial control issues relating to project expenditure in TLM-assisted programmes.
- Participate in Annual plan and Budget preparation for NCO and field.
- Participate in the overall management of program/project development in TLM Nigeria in line with TLM visions and strategy. 11. Perform any other duties as may be required.

3.) TLMN PPM Program Assistant
Locations: Kogi, Nasarawa and Kaduna
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate engagement of private Health facilities and other relevant stakeholders for the implementation of the PPM grant;
- Organize & conduct regular data-driven health facility supervision to ensure quality TB, TB/HIV, DR-TB surveillance and service delivery;
- Provide regular technical support and supervision to field personnel, including private health sector care providers, Linkage Coordinators, sample movers and other related staff providing services along TB service delivery cascade;

4.) Transport Officer – Fixed Term
Locations: Kogi, Nasarawa and Sokoto
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly;
- Drive carefully and safely at all times in line with national driving standards, and check to ensure that passengers, other road users and the vehicle in/her his care are safe;
- Ensure that all vehicle log books, records of mileage, fuel and maintenance costs made available to supervisor on or before scheduled dates
- Maintain a professional appearance by ensuring good personal hygiene, and clean at all times;
- Ensure that adequate knowledge of the destination and route is ascertained before departure;
