College of Nursing, University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital has begun the sale of forms for admission into 2023 October batch, interested candidates for admission should see details of the admission requirements and method as provided below in this post and commence registration immediately. This is to inform the general public that the admission form for General Nursing into University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital for October 2023 session has begun Romantic Love Messages

1. PAYMENT INSTRUCTION (USE EITHER OF THE OF THE PAYMENT OPTION BELOW)

 CARD PAYMENT/BANK TRANSFER

• Make payment on the portal using debit card (Naira Master,Visa or Verve card) 
• Or Transfer into the account number provided on the portal. NYSC Portal
  

OR

 IN-BRANCH PAYMENT (FIRST CITY MONUMENT BANK, FCMB)

• Make payment at First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Presidential Road Branch, Enugu.
• Or at FCMB cash office in UNTH Ituku/Ozalla Enugu.
• Bank will give you a print out with a pin
• Use the pin and fill the application form online or visit UNTH School of Nursing, Old Site. 

2. APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTION

FILL APPLICATION FORM

• Visit the school website here>>>.www.nursing.unth.edu.ng and click “Apply now”
• Go to APPLICATION on the menu and click APPLY to start application
• Fill the application form (take note of compulsory fields with asterisks *)
• Preview your application details and submit Jamb Result
• Click on VERIFY PAYMENT  to make a payment of 10,000 (Ten thousand naira) application fee
• Chose a payment option Inbranch (for bank payment, FCMB) or Monnify( for card payment or transfer)
• Make payment and print all accompanying slips.
• If you fill the entire application form to the last step and your payment pin is not ready, kindly save and copy the application number (Note your application is not yet submitted until payment is completed). To continue your application, go to APPLICATION and click on REPRINT APPLICATION, then enter your application number and click PAYMENT VERIFICATION to print your slip.

• After online registration, submit a copy of the application slip and photocopies of relevant credentials to UNTH School of Nursing, Old Site.

REPRINT APPLICATION FORM/EXAM SLIP

• To reprint your slips, go to APPLICATION on the menu and click REPRINT APPLICATION
• Enter your Application number and click on PRINT FORMS Jamb Portal

3. EXAMINATION

BRING ALONG A PENCIL,ERASER,RULER, PEN AND ORIGINAL RECEIPT ISSUED BY UNTH ACCOUNTS WITH GUMMED PASSPORT. (NO ENTRY INTO THE EXAMINATION HALL WITHOUT THESE

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

• You must have at least a credit each in at least 5 subjects in your Senior School Certificate Examination including: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
• Only candidates who possesses the entry requirements and satisfy the panel shall be considered for admission.
